Manufacturing: 3 working days
Normal manufacturing time is 3 working days after payment confirmation and receipt of complete photos, text and other required details. If design approval is needed, production timing begins after approval. Missing details or delayed approval can delay dispatch.
Courier delivery: 7 working days
Normal courier delivery time is 7 working days after dispatch. Manufacturing and courier delivery are separate stages, so allow approximately 10 working days in total from the point your order is ready for production. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays; courier schedules may vary.
Delivery locations and charges
We ship within India, subject to courier serviceability. Applicable delivery availability and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Where free shipping applies, no delivery charge is added. Any special account or pickup arrangement must be reflected in the order summary.
Dispatch updates and tracking
After dispatch, tracking details will be shared through the available order communication channel. Tracking can take time to update after a courier receives a parcel. Contact us with your order number if you need help.
Special dates and delays
Please order early for birthdays, anniversaries and festivals. A requested date is not a guaranteed delivery commitment unless expressly confirmed by us. Courier disruptions, remote locations, severe weather, holidays or peak-season volume may affect delivery. Contact us if the stated timeframe has passed; we will investigate and assist, without limiting any remedy required by law.
Address accuracy and missed delivery
Provide the complete address, PIN code and a reachable phone number. Contact us promptly about any correction; changes after dispatch may not be possible. If a parcel is returned following an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, contact us to arrange next steps. Any applicable re-dispatch charge will be communicated before you agree to re-dispatch.
Inspecting your parcel
Record a clear, continuous video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, opening process and all contents. For transit damage, this video is required for our standard claim process. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and retain the packaging. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy; statutory rights remain unaffected.
