The terms that apply when you shop with Wow Gifts India.
Business and scope
Wow Gifts India is owned and operated by Bajaj Creations. These terms apply to purchases from wowgiftsindia.com, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. By ordering, you agree to these terms subject to applicable law.
Orders and personalisation
Check product specifications, size, quantity, names, spelling, uploaded photos and delivery details before placing an order. You must have permission to use any content you submit. Clear, high-resolution photos produce better results. Where a design proof is provided, check it carefully before approval. Customer-supplied errors accurately reproduced by us are not manufacturing defects; errors made by us will be reviewed under our replacement policy.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The order summary shows the applicable price and any shipping, taxes or other charges before payment. Prices can change before an order is placed. Orders are prepaid; cash on delivery is not available. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payment confirmation and complete customisation details are required for production.
Manufacturing and delivery
Normal manufacturing time is 3 working days after payment and receipt of complete required details, including design approval where applicable. Courier delivery normally takes 7 working days after dispatch. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for details and exceptions.
Cancellation and changes
Customer-requested cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed because products are made to order. Please check all details before payment. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.
Product appearance
Screen settings, lighting and printing processes can cause minor colour differences between a screen image and the finished product. These normal differences do not excuse a materially incorrect, defective or misdescribed product.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Report issues within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos and the relevant details. A proper continuous parcel-opening video is required for our standard transit-damage claim process. Verified eligible cases are normally resolved through replacement. See the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy for evidence, return instructions and approved refunds.
Permitted website use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material or upload content that infringes another person’s rights. Our original website content and designs may not be commercially copied without permission or other lawful authority.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Nothing excludes statutory consumer rights or access to competent consumer forums. Updated terms apply to future orders; the terms applicable when you placed your order govern that purchase.
