How we use information
We use information to process and personalise orders, take payment, arrange delivery, provide order updates and support, resolve complaints, prevent misuse and maintain necessary business records. Personalisation photos are used to fulfil your order. Using customer photos in advertising or public portfolios requires separate permission.
Payments
Payments are handled by the payment provider available at checkout. Payment information is processed under that provider’s privacy policy. We receive transaction details needed to confirm payments and handle refunds. Do not send card details, PINs or OTPs to our support team.

Photo deletion and other records
Uploaded customer photos are deleted after 40 days from the order date. Keep your original photos; you may need to provide them again for a later replacement or repeat order. The photo-deletion period does not mean all order records are deleted: invoices, payment references and related business records may be retained as needed for accounting, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
